Rockingham, need some help

Gday guys,
I live in rockingham and lately have gotten right into fishing, and i want to get into it even more.
Does anyone know of any good spots in Rockingham, and what rigs/bait and what fish i can catch at that spot etc.
Only ever tried palm beach jetty and point peron, and have only had luck at the jetty.
Most of my fishing succes has been down south (dunsborough) and in rottnest, and i want to bring that success to rockingham.

Mate wait for the storms to blow and will be some good snapper off those jettys...
Grain terminal area also holds some good fish
