Headed out for a quick session with milsey this arvo. We planned to head out the heads and try for whiting/snapper, although this idea was overturned by the fact the sea breeze came in at 12. we decided to try our chances with H/B in the river/heads. at first we anchored near some structure and flicked small rmg's and rapala lures. milsey with a bub squid on bream lure.

Trawled to find some protection from the wind produced skippy and herring.

Found a spot that looked the goods, after me not hooking to a solid strike milsey landed a nice flatty next cast.

fished this spot for a little longer with milsey hooking a reasonable tree and me risking my life to free the lure in distress. We then moved to some likely bream ground happy with the success so far on other species this became our new goal. landed a little bream and decided to call it a day at around 3.
