Rip cord

Hi , just got a heap of gear from the USA and decided to try some of Cabelas Ripcord coloured braid , so far found it silky smooth and after tying some knots in it and putting them over the scale find the 6.8 kilo braid ( 15 lb) breaking at an average of 9.4 kg's .
I'm just wondering if anybody else has used the stuff , I only paid $9.90 for a 200 yard spool so if it's good it's a bargain and I'll get more if it turn's out to be crap well it was only $9.90 , I just can't find colour coded line anywhere else for $10 so I just had to give it a go.
MAV.

US
Cabellas , mudhole, Bass pro (but Basspro shipping is a bit pricey for me to really buy a lot from them ), I have friends all over the world that tell me about new and exciting things happening in their neck of the woods so I usually get them to buy the stuff for me and mail it out , also I have a friend thats a mad keen brimmer and he orders stuff all the time and I buy of him for cost price so thats good too, thats where I got my Freams KIX from real cheap .
I am on a few US forums and the associated shops do good deals for members too, you just got to watch what they charge for post and handling, there is a couple of Jap stores but everything is in Japanese so it's hit and miss on there order forms
I once thought I odered some hooks but got some weird looking lures instead .
