Question

I was a bit unsure that the moon was in the right phase and also that low tide on sat night is at 7:37.  Will that give you enough time? Do you go down before sundown? Do you also prawn the incomming tide?

I would be keen for saturday night for at least a few hours methinks before the Super 14 Final.

we went on a full moon a few

Fri, 2010-05-28 05:59

we went on a full moon a few weeks ago a did ok, but i think it is better on the lesser moons.

tide could be a bit later but i'll take what i can get(looking to shity to go out fishing)

i will be in the water by 2-3pm and cruze around enjoying the day, then anchor up before every man and his dog get there.

have never tried the incoming tide, as far as i know, they are only swimming on top on the outgoing.

either way my boat is going in the water this weekend even if i have to catch blowies, its been a couple of weeks and i am getting bad withdrawal problems,

i need to get my fix of boating before somebody gets killed!!!!!!!Cry

cheers and good luck

Got the all clear

I think the Missus and I will be out tonight, I think we will try to get there for 5ish. We will be in a small f/glass dinghy with a light rig made out of car spotlights mounted on a piece of wood up the front of the boat.  Say hello if you spot us.

Do you try to get more on the fremantle end? The last couple of times we have been just on the outside channel on the perth side of the pack.
