Power Knobs!

Gday fellow fisho's,
I've been recently seeing all these Power Knobs being introduced to the fishing reels. I was just wondering can you get any knobs for Bream Reels? They look absolutly awesome but the only thing is that I've only seen them designed for Shimano, Daiwa etc. Is it possible to find any for like Penn Affinity and that?

havent seen any for penn
havent seen any for penn affinitys...mostly the higher end japanese reels i.e daiwa/shimano.

Yeah but they aint cheap, more comfortable than the t handles some reels have.
