Possession Limits

Are there different rules re: possession limits in different parts of the state?
I was always under the impression that there's a 20kg possession limit per person except in Exmouth, where it's 10kg's. Am I right?
Also, do you need a RFBL for each person's possession limit?
Also, where is this stipulated?
Thanks

from my understanding it is
from my understanding it is 20kg p/person. unless you are fishing the abrolis then i think it is 10kg. as far as limit p/p you dont need a rfbl as you are traveling with the fish to your name. as far as i am aware

possesion limits
you have to be carful when transporting whole fish as most areas are 7 whole fish a day and a possesion of 2 days worth but when you enter the west coast zone your only aloud 2 dermersal and 2 pelaj a day, also some fish eg job fish maybe cat 2 in the pilbra but are cat one westcoast. i think the rules for the west coast are a bloody shambles especialy considering the ten times the market value side of the fines ,how many people relise a fish trunk is head and tail removed and by removing just the head it will count as fillet way to many grey areas me thinks.

The possesion limits do differ in the zones.
The linit that you are travelling to applies. If Fishing Exxy, going back too Perth then the Westcoast rules apply.
A BFL allow a boat to catch up to the one limit, doesnt change with how many fishers aboard. If you have 2 RBFL the limit doubles etc, ie each licence allows the boat to catch up to the lic number of bags and is not dependant on the fishers.
Hope this helps.
