port hedland/Karratha charters

howdy, stuck in port hedland at the moment, does anyone know of any charters that are worthwhile in the area ( port hedland to Karratha)? Just wanna catch a fish and the local creek (Cooke point) where I'm staying isn't doing it for me. Cheers fellas

Nope. I see someone has just started doing self drive boat hire in Hedland (they come and go every few years) but that's the closest.
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?

karratha seems like it has a few but don't wanna waste my money on a bung charter. Lucky dip I guess. Hit the local jetty last night and a bloke got a nice mangrove jack and small cod. I got a cpl small sharks. Better than nothing.

How long you going to be in Hedland Jim? im actually heading up this weekend but have work and the hand brake is travelling with me atm. i might be heading back up around the 15th of February so might be albe to catch up and have a fish?
