If someone emails you a small picture, how do you make it bigger(my resizer only makes pictures smaller not bigger) cheers Pete

You can't really, not in a useful fashion. Simplistically the image is made up of dots right? If you make a big image smaller, you just drop put some dots. Now, if you want to make it bigger, you need to make up dots and it never really works well.
