Got 3 in about 6 runs on 5 nets yeaterday with the kids. Shot across to Pt Gray for a scoop for nought but did better at Boundary Island on sunset. Missed heaps as we had 3 scoops between my 3 and my 2 nephews and niece but they had the time of their life with my bro and I sipping a beer and scouting.

Plenty of Males soft
I got 10 Sunday morning scooping (Peel region) in less than an hour.
All were males and most were soft shelled.
Meat content was just below average.
And good to see the fisheries were there waiting to check my catch when I got back to the car.
