Overnight stay with a boat

Gday all
Going to Denham from perth on the 27/08/21 and are planning to leave late .
Is there any recommendations for a stop half way besides the S bend.

grab a pack of nodoz and a box of sudafed, and charge stright through! its only 8 hours.
I normally leave at midnight, and punch straight through. you dont have to deal with other traffic, trucks, and most importantly.... FUCKIN CARAVANS.
nice, cool night-time air will give you great economics on the fuel, and the misso and kids sleep for the most part of the drive. believe it or not, i hardly ever see roos at that time of night, but a good set of spotties is essential. if your site/house is vacant, most caravan parks let you check in early with prior warning, then you dont loose the majority of that day from your trip.

We stopped over at Gum Gully
We stopped over at Gum Gully Bed & Breakfast in Northampton as recomended by Adam. Perfect for a one nighter before pushing on but don't rely on getting anything to eat in town as none of the pubs were serving food when we were there in June

except for the nodose and sudafed - big bikers coffee is better- 2spoons of coffee 2 of whipper and sleep 4 days later like on a prawn boat when u on the fish

u dont say if u are selfcontained- i stop roll swags out on boat deck and camp
leave at about 1800 miss all the traffic - coastal way be at overlander at about 2400
push to overlander sleep on the yard at overlander or billabong for 3-6 hrs and u fresh for last push u can pay at both these or just do the free camp thing(plenty of spots ) if u get in late enough- biillabong got best fuel prices btw -always
or as u turn left at overlander there is a site u can sleep over on maybe 500m from turnoff another about 5km later
there is another about 5km on and another about 10 on and another...
another where steep point turnoff is -1 km south
eurardy and neren nerren both got good next to the road 1st in best dressed camping
