ocky for bait

there was a post recently wanting fresh local ocky.

i am chasing any ocky/squid/mulies in bulk lots,,,5-10-20kgs at a time.

hopefully in 1 or 2 kilo blocks.

where is the cheapeast place to buy?

have not found a place yet though.

hey die hard what u need it for? there is a place down in mandurah that sells mulies like  20 bucks for 20kgs or something all like broken though so u can really use them for anything but berely

yeah safety bay tackle mate we sell 20kg blocks of pieces of mulies that come out of the fillet machine its great burly we charge $20 for the block and it should last you a couple of trips at least

The californian bulk squid can be cut with a saw at the frozen stage or slightly defrosted and broken in half or to suit ie re-bag.

Mulies, slight defrost & break up/re-bag if the 5kg block is too much.
