sounder
Hi aggotts , quality haul!
I am interested in your interpretation of the sounder image - left side (bottom lock) above the dark red band that I would interpret as the surface of the sea bed; do you reckon the lighter red verticle lines are rocky outcrops, or fish? I am not sure whether all ground ( includign rocky outcrops / bommies / reef) is depicted as the flat horizontal surface with everything above ethat being fish, or if only the echos that are separated from the groud is fish?

Those lines above the lock
I would interpret as fish, either bait or larger fish. The echo's clear from the bottom is fish.
