Name the fish!

It's all down to a BIG incorrect common name!
What fish am I referring to?
C'mon, put your thinking caps on!
I'll give you a hint later, if no one gets it!

Baldchin and the other
Baldchin and the other tuskfish are technically wrasse of the family Labridae. Gropers are in a different family (well, technically subfamily.
Which means I had some wrasse last night and it was very tasty

Buga! Well done Carolyn! :) - Till - Next One
Yes Carolyn you are correct. As till already knows, (he cheated by looking up the fact sheet LOL) The Western Blue Groper is a member of the Ladridae (wrasse) family.
Well done Till also
OK, I'll make this more cryptic.
In youth, you'll spot this one, but the family don't commonly enjoy this in Daeties when sparing..... ???

Dreamweaver / Wrasse
Went to a dinner at our Italian friends house the other week.
For Entree we had guess what fish it is your eating. Turned out to be wrasse. No one picked it. Very nice marrinated in lemon garlic olive oil parsley. Cut into small pieces then flour/egg /flour/ fry. We also had Western Blackfish couldnt pick that one either.

wrasse
We use wrasse for dhuie bait, but have a lot of friends that swear by them, they reckon put a piece od dhui and wrasse together (cooked) can't tell the difference in flavour.
