After months and months of work on the boat, she is getting very very close to splashing again.
Wife and I put the gunnel rubber on over the weekend. What a shit of a job that took 5 hours, 91 screws and two tubes of sikaflex.....
The biggest pain in the arse is that Bias only sent us 11.7m, when i ordered 14m but needed 12. We only discovered when we were half way down the final seretch....
I have waited 24 hours to send a more dimplomatic email rather than explosives...
I can only assume they had two orders and i got the wrong one, after 4 weeks of postage.
Tip for anyone doing the project, measure the material before you start applying black sikaflex.
