G'day
Does anyone know who sells Xzogas locally? specifically the Takadum series of Xzoga specifically (Taka-Pi 7708 ), I want to match one to my Stella 8000SWB, I'd like to see how it feels on the reel before I spend ~$450.
Cheers,
Alex

Cheers guys, may have to stop
Cheers guys, may have to stop into Oceanside.
Flash as - I've used my mates Xzogas, really impressed with them. I'm just not sure which model of the Taka-pi I want the pe6 or pe8.
Running PE5 (65lb) Monster Battle on my Stella. Only Concern is the PE6 model Xzoga has a max drag rating of 15kg, rod would probably be in a bit of trouble if I locked up the drag on the stella.

I have the PE2 6312 and PE3 6313 TAKA Si and they are absolutely awesome rods, two of my best purchases.

I'd go with either depending
I'd go with either depending on what u are chasing I have both those models and I use mainly the pe6 for bottom bashing no probs stopping big fish! The pe8 I have not encountered a fish it couldn't handle! And I can still feel all the tiny bites no probs

Rod is mainly going to be
Rod is mainly going to be used for bottom bashing with a bit of trolling thrown in from time to time.
Do you think the PE6 rod will handle trolling reasonable sized bibbed lures? eg: halco 190's etc
