Hi everyone

As you may be aware we are in the process of establishing the sites and placement of two artificial reefs in the Geographe Bay region. It is highly likely that they will be placed at opposite ends of the bay - for a number of reasons. These reefs will be purpose built and placed in locations that will allow access to the by recfishers in relatively small boats. There are a number of species we believe that will use the reefs to improve their own species biomass. Enough of the intro - I / we need your help - The Artificial Reef Reference Group is currently looking for site reports relating to the Lena Dive Wreck off Bunbury as the reef is likely to be placed in a similar depth and local. I

f you have or know of the people who were involved with the site selection I would like to hear from you as we are seeking information on the Lena site relating to the substrate, benthos and biota prior to the wreck been sunk. This information is vital to assist us with site selection for this new reef that we hope is to be avaiable to the general public to fish late this year/early next year (2013).
