leeman?

anyone know anything about leeman? I'm heading up there soon and im wondering if anyone knows anything about any species? including crays and beach fish.

yeah I have been up there fairly recently and that was good fishing. the last fish we had we had all 4 good size dhuie's and 2 nice baldies by 11:30 am. and weve got some rellies up there that know their way around.

Beach & rock ledge fishing

Is brilliant - large tailor the norm, have a mate who lives there who fishes the ledges regularly despite having a large boat - offshore dhuies / snapper / baldies etc etc and you don't need to go too far out

The shelf is only 17-18nm out if you like deep water and large snapper schools can be found on the edge of the drop off .........have never fished the really deep water but intend to target it next time I am up there

yer mate theres a spot loaded with taylor called flat rock ya need a 4 weel drive to get there thats all i know about land fishing boat fishing is realy good heaps of baldys ay ramps a bit shady but. have fun
