land based pinkies

hey guys just wondering what your thoughts are on the most effective land based bait/methods for catching pinkies? i was thinking of trying out the standard paternoster rig with snelled hooks (or single depending on bait size) but im relatively new to this type of fishing and have yet to land a nice pink snapper whilst being still on land. any tips would be greatly appreciated :)

I'd suggest live bait or
I'd suggest live bait or really fresh dead baits. Old dead baits attract unwanted attention (i.e. rays & pickers).
Use snelled hooks for livies. Running sinker works well.
It's also important to fish a likely area.

yer agree with that but yellow tail works the best i recon peopel dont think this bud snapper can be reely picky crabs and yellow tail are there favrit
