Jurien bay island

Hi guys heading to Jurien for the weekend. Looks pretty windy but was going to still take the boat and hide behind the island to do some snorkelling etc.
havent done it before so was wondering if it would be fairly protected from the wind there? East side?
Also is there some good squid ding spots in the bay?
Migt also do a quick troll as we'll behind the reefs if is protected enough.

Favourite Island
Took the boat to Jurien a few years ago, was windy also.
We anchored at Favourite island, after a casual cruise from the marina. Burlied up, catching plenty 32cm herring, with some nice skippy also.
Always somewhere to keep in the calm out of the wind.
