Their current system is brilliant, can access all functions remotely with you phone and the app. Including remote activation and deactivation which was great ......gave friends keys so the indoor plants could be watered, they rang us in the East when they got to the front door and we simply disabled the alarm, enabled it as they locked up. 

I have a system installed by Rapid alarms (no affiliation) the brand is Paradox, we can use remotes or the key pad or the app to arm dis arm. You can monitor all of your cameras through it, We went for a big enough channel system that you can have your bore or garage doors setup with switching relays so i can effectively "arm' my bore and the bore turns on then "dis arm" and it goes off. the owner has his system setup so a courier can rock up there is details on the parcel to call a number. He then checks his cameras opens the roller door the courier puts parcel in garage (camera on inside garage so he can see what the courier does) then when hes done closes the garage.
