Nice size. I took the boys out 2 weeks ago and they came in the second the burley log hit the water and were thick as feck.
Ours never made it past the pan done in bread crumbs and my nanna's trick... a small bit of proper mayo in the egg wash for those that don't like the stronger taste of hezza.

Filleted and brined then
smoked .. how I do it when
I have the time . 420 just freeze
as is then cut long ways and
tossed out for something bigger.
