Helium re-fills

Hey guys
Wondering if any one can help me I have a helium tank that ild like to fill does anyone know where I can do this, I have rung BOC and they do not re-fill customer tanks. Any thing would be appreciated.

You are asking things that have bein asked in older post
Spot light you hire for a week, Boc you keep the bottle and refill when empty [You pay a hire on that bottle] PLus gas
