With regards to sport / game fishing - if you know the rules and overstep the boundaries, and get caught red handed, do the honuorable thing and let the law take it's course. Arrogancy and fishing dont go hand in hand!!
What's your thoughts on this?
(By the way - I am an ex saffie, this is not how we fish - this is one of the most isloted, horrendous stories I have seen to date!)

i dont see a problem with catching it
if your shark fishing how do you stop one taking the line! and saying that if i could get it close enough to take a picture with it then release it with out doing to much harm i would do the same! it no different to catching and releasing a fish! as for hauling it up onto rocks that was a bit cruel! fishing is a sport and those big sharks would be one hell of a challenge!
