Furuno 295 Setup help needed

hi guys, we have recently just fitted the furuno fcv 295 with a 1kw dual frequency 50/200 transom mount transucer. seeking some advice on how to set up the sounders settings to gain optimum peformance.

Concentrate on the transom
Concentrate on the transom transducer installation, depth, angle, location etc. This will make more differenc than any settings. Once your in 250 m plus, then settings become important, but tranny install still more imPortant.
