In regards to the rules of demarsal species in the west coast in the high risk section its mixed daily bag limit is 2 per angler so does this me if i caught a breaksea cod and snapper for example and another person on the boat caught the same thing is that how it works?

two high risk fish per person! unless its duhies then its one per person and two per boat!!
