Family beach fishing

Hi All,
Looking for recommendations on some good beaches to take the family for a bit of a fish along the Perth Coast.
It’s hard to venture too far away for a quick fish at moment with the little one.

NOR I find Pinnaroo Point
NOR I find Pinnaroo Point very family friendly. Not much swell so the kids can cast in and have a chnce for a fish.

Plenty of Herring around
Plenty of Herring around floreat drain last week. Morning, low swell, nice easterly, perfect for kids.

Sheltered spots around freo
Sheltered spots around freo in the evening if you choose night - loads of herring on floats with berley cages and also paternosters with cages. Fill said cages every 1 or 2 casts, and slowly drag back. If the beach has a little step down at the shoreline this is where i find a short kids cast will prevail. Find the spots and the children will learn quick and youll have a nice feed. All the best
