Drought broken on Valentine's for Sandy

Yep another Valentine's is done and dusted and Sandy broke her drought on fish. The weather turned out to be almost spot on for a change . We headed out 22nm but still fishing in 40 mtrs . First 2 fish that came aboard was a pinkie at 550 and a nice Bauldie. I got a small but size dhuie (tasted great pan fried)
The day ended up with 2 nice Bauldie 1 pinkie 1 dhuie and a small but size blackass that wouldn't have gone back and survive.
Great day out and last one for a while before I head north again

Well deserved if you braved those crazy crowds at the ramp... i broke my rule of never on a weekend got to the ramp and said yeah ... naa
Doesnt help when hillarys has free parking for cars after 12 in the boat ramp parking area.
Loads of guys having to park up and down west coast hwy then trudge back to the ramp.
I can only imagine how this wouldve slowed things as everyone was coming in.
Thankfully Monday weather was awesome too so i still got out.
