Dhue bash today

Took ditz out he has never caught sized dhue before. He done very well. 2 double headers. And fair few singles. All from different areas . No fish where dropped ,we got a good feed. Big schools of salmon everywhere out there. One type of bait was killing it. Bugger using occy / squid for a while.nothing huge but good clean flesh .

Where you catching salmon in the same spot you caught the dhuis you certainly have got some good feeds there well done

Invisible salmon?
Every days different I know , but for a lark ( and a salmon) we hit the 32 ,s then 35,s then 38,s all out from around garden island wednesday ,
after reading some facebook posts about not been able to get away from them , and we got zero , nil , none.
rubbers , baits , metals.
We moved closer to rotto , right before high tide and on a solunar feeding time , zero
Looks like there everywhere , except were there not.
And while Im here it doesnt surprise me as I have hit the dreaded hot / cold fishing cycle A.T.M and its either a great day / trip or a total failure big time,
SIGH.

We wasn’t looking for them
On 3 occasions. Different spots they started busting up around us while drifting . Also while driving from spot to spot,we where picking up huge schools mid water . My only thought was salmon. Also seen huge yellow fin bust up also leap out water. Don’t know if it was trying to hit salmon or something else
