Hi my names dave and im (scere_182) brother and just signed up last night, but have been following the sight for about a year now. Am thinking about goin crabbing at the claremont jetty tonight. I heard the fishing report on 105.7 this mornin and they said there catching a fair number of tailor and mulloway their recently. Just wondering if there has been any bluies caught of the jetties neir claremont recently. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

are the crabs from around

Sat, 2009-09-26 14:58

are the crabs from around the yatch clubs around mosman and claremont as healthy as others closer to the river mouth?  also are they affected by alge, and therefore are they edible?

many people i know have differing opinions of the alge situation in the swan, i know many people still eat them, so is there a way to track the alge spread and "safe zones"?

Iv'e been there quite a few times now and on some occasions you get the locals that are always down on the jetty that share there stories. Have seen 40 cm taylor been caught there before, squid and last night guy next to us caught 2 bream, but only small. It does produce, just gotta take the good with the bad
