Pelican Point
If there is any room try Pelican Point chalets, u can leave your rig tied up to the wall in the canal. From memory they have a listing on the Net.Boat ramp is almost on your door step. You'll have find your own spots to fish, shouldn't be that hard to catch something up there. Try the end of the one mile jetty to start with.

never fished there but im
never fished there but im told the islands are good for pinkys and so forth but there is a couple of locals on this site that may be able to help both ways , one thing you got to look at is what range do you have in fuel wise as the trip to the islands is a fair way

When
When do you plan to come up here? The southerly winds we get every summer have started early this year so its pot luck on getting out fishing from a boat out wide. There are always the channels for blacks, cod etc and the jetty/river mouth for tailor, whiting, yellow fin bream and mulloway.
If you get a window in the waether there's the Lady Joyce or the islands for pinkies etc.
Accomodation is no worry at this time of the year but anything after xmas you will want to book early

Sea Breeze
At the moment Sunday looks ok on Seabreeze but things will probably change before then.
