Im by no means an expert. But from what ive found and been told from fishing land based around bunbury and surrounding areas is that the collie holds good bream at times just need to be patient, belvedere can be very productive in spring around sundown for tailor have heard of some good mulloway being pulled from buffalo and pinkies from the other side of the shipping chanel at the right time of year ( how true this is i dont know) the cut can be fun at times for silver bream, salmon trout and occasionaly salmon, theres a nice deep gutter on the north side of the groin, and ive found the otherside productive for your bread and butter fish, ive walked along the rock wall  that heads out to the bay tossing unweighted mulies and have had a few tailor bust me off along where the waves break on the reef, the bay is good fishing at times but a long walk, the wharf is pretty much reduntant have fished there many a time to no avail haha there are some good sandbanks for flathead on the adjoining section that connects to the mouth of the river and thats about all i can think of for spots that are consistent for me but i havnt been fishing to long Garbo is by far the landbased expert not even sure if comes on anymore but sure you will find what your looking for
