Bull Sharks

Hi guys, heard of a few bull sharks being pulled from the local river and there was a 2m one sighted the other day. Just wondering if you can eat them? or have eaten them?

I used to eat the ones we caught in East Coast river systems. Cut into bite-size pieces then battered and fried, they were delicious.

mw87 anything battered and fried is edible, but the one i had over east was good- got stuck in trawling gear
they taste better than hammerhead- hammerhead is horrible
