A Big WARNING To All
On saturday arvo around 130 pm at Mindarie Marina wash off bay a guy with a cat called Dominator had a rod and reel knocked off.
The guys that knocked it off had one of them walk around and speak to the owner of the boat while his partner in crime took the rod and reel from the other side of the boat. The guy that spoke to him was around 20 with a southern cross tattoo on his forearm. The gear that was taken was a 20000 stella on a custom calstar rod.
If you are reading this and are the ones that took the rod then my advice is to move away or return the rod to mindarie bluewater tac kleworld as you have taken something from the wrong guy. He is hunting you and is an australian representative martial artist that is not a happy camper and i dont think he will forget your face in a hurry. Put bluntly i think you will need a better dental plan and quickly.
In short people keep an eye on your gear. If you have a stella 20000 offered cheap from a mate then give him this warning and send a pm to me and i will organise a drop off point somewhere.

i feel sorry for the poor guy if he gets him.The only chance is if the gear is bought back.His tattoo is a give away in location and the way it is laid out so no hiding.He will just need to look for the guy in long sleeves on a 40 degree day
A few boats down that way have cctv as well so his only hope is if none of them got anything.I would be crapping enough bricks to build a 4 x 2 house if i knew who was after me.

Im planning to buy a Dogfight in the near future... when i think that it may get stolen one day by dirtbags likes this makes me sick to my stomach. It so easy to get distracted.. especially if you are keen like most fisherman to have a chat.
Hervey Bay in QLD is notoriously bad for this kind of thing.. my best mate had his whole tackle box, rods and reels stolen from under his nose. Luckily he went back to the pier later than night and found 2 young blokes using his rods (they had bought it really cheap of the theif) he got them back.. but never saw his tackle again. No good at all!!
I HOPE that these F-wits get caught!! By the cops or your mate.. either way, hopefully he see's his reel again.

Really hope you catch the bugger, the last person who stole from my mates shop and we found out the guy stealing about it from a customer who was also "unsavoury" but loyal to us he was bragging to, lets just say when he came in next time we asked all the customers to go out nicely and locked the door, lets just say his face wasnt the prettiest after that and his head managed to smash through the plasterboard wall, gave him a good lecture about stealing and sent him on his merry way.

its a shame its happened
but it was a matter of time before it was going to happen as people seem to have some fasination with leaving all there bling in the rod holders even when not on the water just to show of half the time , all my rods are kept in the cabin no matter weather im on the water or in the car park , if they cant see what you have they cant pinch it , it vreally suprises me the amount of boats you see parked at servos or bolttle shops with all there rods in the holders and no one even near the car,

there is always
some1 with my boat while i get the car.......then the first thing done is rods in the back of the car....then clean fish and tidy everything up......even while travelling towing boat my rods are in the back of the car.... not only are they safe from quick hands ( opportunity thief) but also from rocks and crap that gets spat up off the road.... if a rock hits your rod or reel in the wrong spot there goes ya gear....its f@#$ked and unusable.........

i was down at the ramp once with my old man and saw some prick run past the back of another boat and grab a rod and reel and started givin it legs, so the old boy beein an ex wafl player was goin after him real quick, he got him, and got a pack of rock salt and packed in his eyes, mouth and up his nose and clobbered it through his head. i would say if the old boy did know martial arts he definatly woulda got some practice in aswell but he still got wat he deserved, hope that prick gets somethin similar.

The police had to be notified for the insurance claim.The guy described the guy and half way through the cop told him not to worry about the rest he knew him.They are part of a gang that does it on a regular basis .So if someone tries to distract you then jump straight on to the boat or you could loose gear to.

that one lives in exxie now.It has knocked over a lot of marlin now.It has a good retirement.It only fishes 15 kg mono now.I think when i was up last it had tagged 14 marlin from 40 to about 150 kg.It has had two services from shimano and gets babied like you wouldnt believe
