BBQ (American Style) Caterer

Does anyone know of any BBQ caterer's in Perth?
I am looking for one for a function however can only locate a couple online and they are both already booked for the date I am after. When I say BBQ, I'm thinking ribs, pulled pork, briskett etc.

I'm a chef and love to cook this kind of food. I can't help with catering but maybe try calling a few restaurants that do this kind of food. You may be able to get them to cater. I'm located in Fremantle so only know of the ones around here. Try Holy Smokes or Cabin 401. You should at least be able to order takeaway style catering which would suit this kind of food.

i have seen one around called Smokey Joes. he has a van set up with the hole thing on wheels.

Unfortuneatly not. I have left my arrangements a little late. Going to have to get creative. I have cast the net wider looking for caterers who cook over coals, thinking Brazillian, Mexican and Jamaican. Any suggestions welcome.

try Jaymos or up in smoke catering, they are both good. Food and Co also do catering, they have a cafe now but also do functions
