Battery rejuvenation

Hi all, recently found some info about using Epsom salts mixed with des tilled water to rejuvenate car/ boat batteries, all info I found was from the US, just wondering if anyone here has tried it? And does it work? Won't go into detail of how it's done but it's easy enough to find on the web. Cheers

doubt it mate, when batteries are used it means the electrolytic solutions have been mostly consumed, adding Epsom salts would ad some electrolytes, probably giving a minor boost but to rejuvenate a full replacement of sulphuric acid and the other solutions is needed.

Through cycling the battery

Through cycling the battery over time, the posative plates break down thus in theory the battery's capacity reduces, cant fix it. Hense the importance of keeping your lead acid battery secure in any application, vibration kills them. When your lead acid dies, throw it away and buy an AGM
