Bali fishing

Never been there but the Family want to go there. To hard to get to Cocos and Xmas Island.
Is there any fishing there???

just came back from bali
just came back from bali last night,i heard you can rent a boat from there for about 300 au,talking to
the local boys on kuta beach they got some nice bottom dwelling fish to 8 kg in the last few days.

we chartered a little boat from nusa lembongan
one of the proper wooden balinese canoes with outriggers and an old yammy 20hp off the back
not a bona fide fishing operation though
left early trolling , got into a couple of mack tuna and snapped off by what the captain (tony) was calling a gt
it's the cheapest way of doing it
If I spent half as long fishing , as I do reading this bloody forum , I'd be twice the fisherman I am.
