Anyone recommend a boat welder?

I've gone and busted off my ladder and looking for a good welder for the Stabi. Prefer NOR.

Happy to pay for it but want the job well done.

Thanks in advance.

x3 For Marineline in Wangara. Got them to do a heap of mods to my Tinnie. They did a fantastic job and their customer service was great. Good price too!

Up our way it seems some

Up our way it seems some (maybe all?) workshops wont have a boat in unless all fuel is removed and tank degassed, especially petrol.

Is it the same in Perth?

no ive had kill tanks installed with a full tank of juice in it

i would say full is better than drained its the gas that goes bang

but i guess it depends on how close to the tank and breather the work is done

You're right Supervisor. You can actually weld a diesel tank as long as it's full of fuel and vented.
