Generally speaking, if an
Generally speaking, if an area is constantly burleyed up (eg: Woodies / E Shed) does this mean the scales will constantly hang around that area without shifting about ? I've only ever caught these fish at these 2 locations really, in their absolute droves.

I saw some young blokes down
I saw some young blokes down on the Rockingham Jetty yesterday (sunday 8th March) burleying and getting a few, at least 3 on each set of hooks each time.
