I love eating fresh spangles between 500-600mm. I don't really rate frozen spangles, I'd rather a piece of spaniard any day. How do you guys find frozen spangles?

a couple of days ago had been vaccced and packed by Mister Gallash and they were bloody awesome , I'm buying one of those things , they had been filleted skin left on and vacuum packed and frozen straight away , does'nt get any better
