great eating
i love fresh cod fillets any way ya cook them .ive never baked one whole though . ive been told that they are very slimey and when baked whole with the skin on, the slime affects the texture and taste of the flesh .when i dispatch them for the esky i always try to wrap them in cloth or a bag of some sort as there slimey skin wrecks ya ice slurry turning it to a gooey slimey ice slurry,it doesnt seem to matter how much you wipe them and rinse them the slimey oily just seems to keep on coming
always in it just the depth that varies
