Mandurah

I'm staying at a freinds house in Mandurah on one of the canals with its own jetty. I've never been to Mandurah before so I don't know what to expect. Please help me to know how to fish and what to fish for in Mandurah on the beachs and in the rivers.

apparently there has been

There's been some very good bream caught in the rivers off the estuary Max, sorry can't give you much more than that.

The cut
Try the fishing platforms along the side of the cut beside the marina - always heaps of herring and the odd real fish - beware of feral pensioners who appear to have squatters rights.
