No, its a very clean shell. Looks like a cross between a red and an ornate at first glance.

Starting to look like a Moreton Bay Bug with the wideish front on it and shortish tail.

All waters North of 21 46'. Interesting enough thats still includes Exmouth waters above Norwest reef.

Does that mean you can still land crays in Exmouth provide you caught them legally above 21  46'.

pretty sure thats whats known as a packhorse cray, we get 5 different crays in exmouth: reds, greens, ornates, corals and the one pictured which is a packhorse..

i sent a coy of the picture to a mate in fisheries who gave it to one of the scientists who recons that is what it is
