Rockingham Salmon

Went to rockingham yesterday.
Plenty of salmon there . Many wernt interested in taking bait or lures but i did land just the 1.
People next to me landed 4!

Well done mate, bad luck on the old "only one trick" but did you try any lures? Only reason i ask is poppers and metals seem to stir them up a bit into striking if there around.

yeah i tryed lures but with only a couple of follows.
I think that the salmon are really well fed . Lots of herring around to fill them up

They tried that with me last
They tried that with me last year around trigg blue holes! Lots of follwoing but no takers, i tried everything! The only thing to do was fish for herring with the other rod and hook em live on the other, casting that out made the fire up and take it. Worth a shot maybe.
