headed down to preston beach for an overnighter last weekend. got there about 4 in the arvo and first cast landed a little tailor. caught a few more until sundown of which only one was legal, its amazing how many 29cm tailor i seem to catch. At about 10 i switched from mulies to tailor fillets for bait and within 10mins i was on with the first of 3 shovelnoses for the night, i only caught them on fresh tailor and when i ran out and went back to mulies i didnt get a bite.
