Awesome work.

How's the tilt on the boat. Is that from the swell or the weight of the fish?!

Nice fish boys.

I have caught and eaten 8 bar myself & would like to know how some of the more experienced fisho/ cooks get them to eat well ?

Best way i have found is in a curry/ laksa style of dish. They grill up like a rock. Sure they look good but on future charters i wouldn't want the catch being loaded up with those big girls. Shoot me down if you feel the need, but the  catch was well looked after by deckies, couldn't be better.

No leccys

These were caught on overheads, no leccys. Also couldnt sound out there, just had a mark and got lucky.

As for chewy factor, slice the fillets thin and short cook time.  Leaving them thick just ends up like rubber, even thin fillets still a bit chewy, but well and truly ok.  Curry/laksa and fish cakes always a good option as well.
