Wtb helium tanks

Hi all,
Want to try ballooning but not sure where I should buy a helium tank or cylinder rather then hiring one. Any ideas where I could get one in Perth /WA.

I bought a Helium tank off the net and what a mistake that was. Did not fill ONE! yes 1, 90cm balloon. So I would now be hiring a bottle. I see there is a new business or two hiring different size bottles and you only pay for the gas not the hire so this makes them very cheap to hire. Gumtree is advertising with delivery.
Or take your balloons to a party store and fill them before fishing, if your only using them local of course.

I saw one in Big W in the party section with 30 balloons and the balloon filling nosel for $50
