I like taking the Pup out
The pup is my boat...
Chasing tailor, My 1st throw is always a 20g twisty, get rid of the treble hook and put a single on. my 2nd choice is a berkley 5" jerk shad in pearl watermelon. I love the way they look on the wind or the drop, also squidgy flickbaits in pilly colour, use 3/8 oz 10g or 1/2 oz 14g
I also get them on the 19gm savoy and roosters + skitter pops.
Basically once I get one I change lures to see what else I can get them on. The first two would be my choice if your still from shore aswell

Sushi slugs
Has anyone tried them out. I bought a couple at a sale recently. They certainly cast well and work well - just have to see if the fish like them.
