Sunday beach session

Got a chance for a beach session today. Tides were right an no work til the arvo . Normally wouldn't keep the queenies but we're gill hooked and I got friends that love them.

Never tried to cure in lime juice. Pan fried with a sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning goes well . They are under rated for a feed .

Hey Dave, My deckie did a very similar dish to this with Yellowfin Tuna at Gnaraloo this year. It was insanely good, the fish was creamy melt in your mouth.
