Correctly, that (a) boat stolen-removed from rightful owner's house.(b) Police notified and boat found in a facant block,.Boat was secured/owner told/police made sure it was Safe?.Then it went missing again from were it was found?.This boat must have cruise control and Auto pilot & just did not like its owners.Or,They failed in someway making sure the once stollen .then found, item could be collected.

I hope one day to find a bank robbery under way so that after the crims, police leave,I can help my-self.

How could a stolen boat be found, (police don't have to take any securing action) then get stolen again. Was the owner notified where the boat was, if so what was the time between owner getting to location of the boat and it being stolen again.. Either the crooks at Karratha are real quick on the go or the owner appears to trusting and not getting out to his boat quick.

Gday Megladon,

Unfortunately the owner was still in Perth on holidays when it was stolen so was unable to pick it up that night.

aaarh now I see how

Sun, 2013-01-06 21:32

Yep that makes things dam hard to get to it quick. as has been said above i think karratha is not all that big hopefully a few posters around the place will produce a wisper in your ear where the boat is stashed. if you could get posters in the next town above and below Karratha it might help although the coppers hopefully have done something along this line.

Any way I hope you get it back without any damage or missing bits. Good luck

I also hope that when it is found it is explained to the thieving bastards it the most physical terms such things are not acceptable.

Sun, 2013-01-06 21:17

Was in lancelin last week and I seen another add for a stolen boat in the servo with a reward aswell, dnt know the value of the boat but it wasn't small.

That's two i have heard of in as many weeks,is it realy that common for boats to be stolen and if so how the hell would the theif sell them on  or use them, surely there has to be a paper trail for a boat, not realy like a car where you can just cut them up and sell them for parts or is it?

Pretty well describes the kind of thief they are Dan. An obviuos lack of funding in the brain dept. Boats like that aren't exactly a dime a dozen, and transporting one around wouldn't be too easy you would think.
