I'd just like to post a thanks to Ryan and Honsu from Oceanside for their help with my faulty Lemax fishing rod. Whilst out jigging last week, my Lemax Slim Max PE8-10 splintered on me and it was only 2nd time i had used it.It hadn't been dropped, high sticked, damaged or anything out of the norm, it was just a dodgy blank which I understand happens every now and then. The boys at Oceanside had no issues in taking the faulty product back to Lemax and immidiately provided me with a store credit in which I upgraded to a Jigging Master Powerspell. Thanks boys for the great store and the great service!

Despite having plenty of gear I just had to have one for myself so I purchased the same rod, a Jigging Master (red) PE4-8 400g for my Stella 20000SW........sweeeet combo =)

Leemax Warranty !!!!!!!!!!
Leemax warranty have been great since we have dealt with them, no issues at all and always a pleasure to deal with, have even had a few rods replaced that werent as such a warranty issue, but customers admitting to standing on the rod and breaking it, the rep replaced the rod no questions asked since the customers were honest and upfront, a great credit to michael!!

Yes, Michael has been good with all our Lemax returns also. On that note, we received our credit today, the wholesaler saying yes its a manufacturers defect (outer coat-layer had peeled)
